Ruthie and her sister, Rhea, were found on the east side of Pleasanton, Texas. They both went into a loving foster home and are ready for adoption. Ruthie is gorgeous brown and white female tabby who is inquisitive and loves to play and snuggle. Ruthie will warm your heart and change your world.
