How cute is this guy! Those short little Basset hound legs with the look of a Dobermann. He has the cutest personality and looks to match.

Cesar is a very good boy considering all he has gone through. He was abandoned in an apartment by his previous owner and was surrendered to our rescue from the police department where he spent a few days as they tried to find him a good place to go, because they knew he deserved better. He is super kid friendly and dog friendly. He loves to play and has energy to keep up. He is a good couch buddy and loves attention. Cear LOVES car rides and does so well in the car. He does have a weird habit where he tries to get your attention by grabbing your hands with him mouth, but we think this is from lack of attention and love. He just wants to be pet and loved on. Overtime, I think this habit can be broke. Cesar is fun and will provide your family with years of laughs and happiness. He is fully vetted, microchipped and is available to you via ground transport.

You can't go wrong with this guy, he is the full package!
