Binky and her brother Bugsy broke out of jail! They were born to a mother cat at the Three Rivers correctional facility. An employee found them and took them home to foster. Binky the jailbird is a precious brown tabby female who loves to play, sleep, eat and repeat. This little doll will keep you in stitches with her funny and quirky personality.
