Bugsy and his sister Binky broke out of jail! They were born to a mother cat at the Three Rivers correctional facility. An employee found them and took them home to foster. Bugsy the jailbird is a darling brown tabby male who loves to play, sleep and eat. This little guy will keep you in stitches with his funny and quirky personality.
