Tabby / Mixed (long coat) : : Male : : Young : : Large
Marmalade and his sidekick Flurry were surrendered to the Pleasanton Animal Shelter by a lady that lived in a housing project and was told by her landlord she could not have any pets. For some strange reason, the women at the animal shelter decided to neuter both cats under the trap neuter return program the city has and consequently, tipped their left ears. Marmalade is a handsome longhaired orange tabby who is under a year old. He is sweet, loving and will make a great companion cat. Marmalade is also a polydactyl which means he has extra toes on his paws. Polydactyl cats are always sought after and are also called Hemmingway Cats from the author, Ernest Hemingway, in Florida, who had a colony of polydactyl cats.
