Tuxedo / Domestic Medium Hair / Mixed (medium coat) : : Female : : Adult : : Small
Leila is a sweet and affectionate tuxedo cat. She likes attention and will head-butt or rub against your leg – she gives great moral support while you do dishes. She’s just a youngster, about 9 months old. Leila was trapped on Jeff Street in Pleasanton, Texas (aka 23019 Jeff St 1) along with her baby, “Spunky”. Leila seemed feral at first but once we got her into a home setting and started working with her, she settled down rather quickly. She gets along with other cats. Her foster has a cat who’s a bit of a “diva” and doesn’t play well with others. But if The Princess hisses or swats, Leila retreats. She is not aggressive or hostile. Both cats share space together. Leila is learning to enjoy toys like cloth mice, jingle balls, and feather toys. She’ll bat something across the floor and chase it. She is playful and energetic, enjoying her new freedom without the worry of raising a kitten or going into heat. Leila likes to be touched and loves human interaction. She’s a Domestic Medium-Hair black and white tuxedo. She has come a long way from her days on the street and we hope this sweet, beautiful girl will find her way into your heart and home.
