Picasso is the product of the cruel world of dog fighting. We, along with our vet believe him to have been a bait dog. He has many scars and came to us with bite wounds plus a cauliflower ear. Dogs are amazing…whatever Picasso has seen in his short life it has not kept him from loving people and with the help of a very patient foster he has discovered that friendly dogs can be fun. He loves being outdoors, he is cat friendly and loves people. He would love to find his permanent and continue to have the feeling of being secure.
