Mr. Ralph is the most interesting looking dog we have had in our five years of being a rescue! He is super sweet and loves playing with other dogs. We don't know about cats and children, but we are pretty sure he will do fine with them. While we believe him to be a Dachshund/corgi mix we have no way of knowing for sure. What we do know is that he is very unique which makes him extra special and magical!
