Horton is a fun dog who hated the shelter, but is now with a foster and doing great.  He is timid, but once he knows you are a good person his trust builds rapidly.  He is the type of dog that attaches himself to humans and he would also like a doggy friend.  Horton would make a great family dog as long as the children are older and respect dogs.  A retired person would be ideal in his eyes so he can hang with you all day.  He is crate and potty trained.  He has a very sweet disposition and is great with cats.  Horton prances when he runs and watches every move you make.
