Max is a very sweet and timid boy. He and his brother were picked up as strays and were terrified in the shelter. Both are in separate fosters and are learning how to be loved and cared for. He is opening up more every day. Max is good with people, cats and dogs. He needs a loving home that will show him kindness and provide a warm, secure place to rest his head. We listed him as a Tibetan terrier and long haired chihuahua, but your guess is as good as ours as to his true breeds, but if you love scruffies he is your guy. P.S.- Max was not a fan of picture taking! LOL!
