Roux was born on 11/16/2021 at a foster home since her pregnant mom was picked up on November 9, 2021 at an elderly citizen housing community when a lady called the City of Pleasanton, Texas .Roux is a special needs baby because she was born without the use of her back legs. Her little tail is also curled up into a ball. She gets around just fine using one back leg to jump start her and then the two back legs work to balance her.
