Those ears!  Just the better to hear you with my dear!  Radar is a love bug deluxe and will follow you anywhere and everywhere you go.  He is part chi for sure, but we are not 100% on what he is mixed with.  He loves to play and would make a wonderful family dog.  He is perfect for apartment life, but will still need his outdoor time to run and explore.
